RECREATIONAL
Our recreation program is what we refer to as students who solely choose to dance for recreational purposes. We offer rec classes for students as young as 3 years old. Some of our classes include ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, tumbling, lyrical, contemporary and creative movement. .We accept new students year round, no contracts. Sign up anytime! Students can start in any class that is designed for their age level. If your dancer is suited for another level, the instructor will make a recommendation to transfer. With classes for both beginner and experienced dancers, our dance program can fit any dancer's needs.
DanceWorX offers a competitive program for those looking to to further their dance education and experience. Our company dancers compete at local, regional and national dance competitions, attend local and regional conventions and perform for public entertainment at sporting events, recitals and showcases. Our competition dancers also participate in and volunteer for various community activities and fundraisers. They are held to a higher standard on and off of the stage and in and out of the classroom. Team dancers learn responsibility, discipline, teamwork and stage presence.
